Gina Toppin is a practicing attorney in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Her practice primarily focuses on family law. Gina represents both mothers and fathers in a wide variety of family law matters. She regularly appears in court to advocate for her clients in child custody,
child support and divorce cases.

Gina graduated from Georgetown University in Washington DC with a major in French and a minor in Spanish. To improve her language skills, she lived in several French cities as well as Quito, Ecuador. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Gina has a deep commitment to participating in Pro Bono Legal Services and other community service programs. She demonstrates this commitment by regularly attending the Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia events where she educates the public on their rights in addition to accepting cases for low income Philadelphia residents. In 2022, she received the honor of being named a Silver Level Clinic Attorney based on her hours of service.
