Adam S. Bernick received his Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University in 1998 and his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in history and a minor in religion, cum laude, in 1995 from the George Washington University.

Mr. Bernick has an of counsel relationship with our firm, in addition to having his own practice.  Mr. Bernick's practice concentrates in the areas of estate planning, elder law, contract law, family law, real estate law, probate and related litigation. Mr. Bernick has extensive experience in dealing with a variety of issues affecting older and disabled persons, including planning for long-term care and guardianship issues, complex real estate issues, and assisting clients with pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, including divorce.

Mr. Bernick is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
